At this point in the module, you have watched Brandi and Mrs. Locklear's relationship. You have seen what actions Brandi is planning to implement to assist in building and repairing that trusting relationship that is needed in order to start a coaching cycle. It is now time to focus on you and to start building an action plan that can be implemented at your site today.
